Architecture and Design – Remote Learning Resources for Grades 1-6: May 16, 2-4 pm

This 2-hour video conference PD for DYCD-sponsored After-School Program staff will introduce you to architecture and design fundamentals and provide you with a ready-to-use set of online, family-friendly STEAM activities to use and share with your K – 6th grade students. Topics will include how to draw buildings, how to “read” buildings for information about their design and history, architecture and design vocabulary, and simple hands-on design activities that kids can do at home.
