How can your program prevent summer loss?
Maintaining literacy skills over the summer is critically important as research shows that students can lose between one and three months of reading skills during these months. Luckily it can also be incredibly fun! From creative writing to Read Alouds to nature walks, field trips, and local library programs, attend this workshop to learn about high-impact strategies and no-cost/low-cost resources for building a culture of literacy in your summer program.
