This is a one-hour virtual training for staff from the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development (DYCD) using DYCD Connect. The training will provide an overview of dashboards and how they are used to visualize data in the Participant Tracking System (PTS) and the Evaluation & Monitoring System (EMS). We will review existing dashboards available in DYCD Connect, and guide participants on how to create custom dashboards that can display variety of fields such as workscopes, evaluations, SAP/CAPs, incident reports, unlock requests, etc.

To register, please click on the orange “Select a Date” button and choose the training date you would like to attend.
On the new page, click on the green “Register” button, then select “Checkout”

On the morning of the webinar, go to https://expanded.webex.com/expanded/onstage/g.php?MTID=ed23ca6412c54d34483dd95a316cbd01d to access the WebEx room. When the WebEx event opens at 10:30am, enter your name, email address, and the Event Password (MCmjyxXT743) then click on “Join Now”. Please try to access the meeting room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session, in case there are any technical difficulties.
Once you are in the Meeting Room, you will see Audio Options to either: dial-in through a phone by dialing the number provided and then the Meeting Number, OR using the speakers on your computer. (The Meeting Number is also provided in the top left corner of the Meeting room)
