About this EventThis two-hour virtual training, targeted to WIOA Train & Earn program staff, will review the steps needed to navigate and submit WIOA workscopes in the Participant Tracking System (PTS). We will go over the following sections in PTS such as Program compliance, Outcomes, Unlock requests, Activities & Schedules, Activity Calendar, Holidays, Staffing Plan, Contacts, and Workscope submission. Please follow the instructions below to successfully sign into the training at the start time.
This session will be hosted virtually via WebEx. In advance of the session, please be sure to install the WebEx client on your computer.

To register, please click on the orange “Select a Date” button and choose the training date you would like to attend. On the new page, click on the green “Register” button, then select “Checkout”
- Fill out the entire registration form. (NOTE: If you have one or more colleagues who will attend, please make sure each person completes a registration through Eventbrite).

2. When the WebEx event opens at 11:00 am. Please try to access the meeting room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session, in case there are any technical difficulties.
3. Once you are in the Meeting Room, you will see Audio Options to either: dial-in through a phone by dialing the number provided and then the Meeting Number, OR using the speakers on your computer. (The Meeting Number is also provided in the top left corner of the Meeting room)
