Join us to follow-up on the March 25th Staying in Balance session! Share your strategies, get support from colleagues, and breathe!
As a follow-up to the Vibrant Staying in Balance session held at the January 21st DYCD staff conference, you are invited to join this meeting to reflect on your current strategies for self-care in this challenging time, discuss coping strategies, participate in breathing and stretching exercises, and share practices that you have put in place with your colleagues.
Once you have registered on EventBrite you will receive the Zoom registration link for the session. Please register prior to the start of the session, as your registration will then provide you with the meeting link.
