Webinars

Four 90- minute interactive webinars address four key areas with actions leaders and boards may want to take as they navigate today’s challenging financial climate. Participation for this program is open to all DYCD funded programs.

Webinar Topics and Learning Objectives:

• Financial Rapid Response: You’ll come away understanding key areas of focus and tools and strategies for short-term planning, including: grounding financial decision-making in data and values, understanding current financial position and adapting and utilizing resources available for immediate response. Scenario Planning: Understanding scenario planning will be vital during this budgeting period.
