Managing Remote Teams for Train and Earn Program Directors
by
Join WPTI for a two-part interactive workshop to learn how to build a culture that engages your team in a virtual world. During the workshop, we will explore ways and discuss strategies to use online platforms, such as Zoom, to communicate with teams, build collaboration and check-in with your staff.
Upon completion of the two-part workshop, Train and Earn Program Directors will be able to:
- Establish communication methods and norms for remote work;
- Provide support and guidance remotely to individual staff members;
- Build collaboration amongst team members; and
- Learn strategies to increase employee motivation and engagement remotely.
