Supporting nonprofit leaders and managers to pause and uphold how to advance equity – especially racial equity – in times of crisis. Dialogue open to Beacon and Cornerstone, and other DYCD funded programs.

This facilitated discussion will help you:

• Identify a resilience-informed framework


• Uplift awareness about how these inequities could affect staff


• Offer scenarios of how leaders and managers can respond effectively and equitably
