FMA’s Stronger Programs through Financial Team Decision-Making program brings together Program Directors and Fiscal Office colleagues in partnership as they envision, plan and execute the transformation of their organization’s decision-making culture.
Cross-collaborative Teams will gain the knowledge and leadership decision-making skills needed to empower Program Directors to drive smart program decisions through the financial lens. From budget development to modifications to forecasting spending rates with clear targets, this program is for those organizations who recognize that Program Directors ultimately need to own the business to ensure maximum utilization of resources and program outcomes.
This is the first session of a 3 part series. By registering, you agree to attend on all of the following dates:

- Thursday, May 14: 900am – 2:00pm
