Summer Bridge 2020 Program

The Department of Youth & Community Development (DYCD) is happy to announce the Summer Bridge 2020 Program, a new program model designed to safely serve young people this summer. Due to continued restrictions, work experience opportunities typically offered through SYEP are not available. DYCD has developed a virtual program that will offer youth opportunities to learn new skills, explore potential careers, and earn a stipend for their participation.

We will be hosting our first SYEP Summer Bridge Provider Orientation on Monday July 6th, 2020 from 10:00am – 12:00pm.

This meeting will discuss Summer Bridge remote activities including enrollment, document verification, orientation, our partners in the work-themed learning experiences and the timeline of these events.

All providers must be in attendance.
