Spring 2020 Trauma-Informed Perspectives Practice Series
TIPPS #6: Developing a Change Plan: Implementation of Trauma-Informed Practices
April 30th, 2020 10 am to 12 pm
Based on guidance from government officials and health experts regarding COVID-19, and in order to ensure the health and safety of all training attendees, Vibrant Training sessions for DYCD-funded program staff will be facilitated online using Zoom through the end of May. We appreciate your patience with this process, as it is new technology for many of us. If you are interested in attending this session online, you can register for the Zoom session using the following link:
This is usually the final session of the Trauma-Informed Perspectives Practice Series (TIPPS). This is typically open only to TIPPS cohort members, but with the expanded capacity of virtual training, we invite those who attended What Does a Trauma-Informed Program Look Like? on April 16th, 2020, to attend as well.
In this final session of the TIPPS series, cohort members will reflect on their programs using the Trauma-Informed Program Assessment, which will be used to inform the development of change plans. These change plans will be based on the needs of their programs and will involve small steps that can be taken as leaders to increase the trauma-informed practices within their programs.
