This session will draw on CRE’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) practice as well as lessons from its own internal racial equity journey. This session will help to increase confidence, motivation, and capacity to move toward anti-racism and racial equity.
- Common language and discussion around inclusion and equity to ground participants in foundational race equity concepts.
- Clarity on how race-based exclusion and inequity challenge an organization’s ability to achieve desired outcomes, and why integrating racial equity is mission-critical (now more than ever).
- Strategies to move beyond organizational anti-racist statements to anti-racist actions.
Important Note: CBOs who attend the webinar will receive a special invitation to join a follow-up deeper-dive workshop on advancing DEIA work within their organizations.
